Hey, I’m Jonna.

Born and raised in Montana, I found my way to yoga and pilates in 2011 and continue my dedication to the work that has become a lifestyle.

I am an E-RYT-500 certified yoga teacher, a Peak Pilates Level II Instructor and an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist. I incorporate hatha, vinyasa, and the 26 & 2 hot yoga series into my yoga classes. My most rich learning was not through 500 hours of training or countless fitness courses, but through working with my students. People of all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds and personalities have taught me more than I could have imagined learning. The rest of the knowledge comes from listening to my body and surroundings as I find most postures come with ease in nature.

I’ve led thousands of sessions during my career, from custom Montana adventures to personal training to nutrition coaching. I’m honored to receive so many compliments. Here are a few.

Physical practice

Many clients enter the studio with one thing in mind, be it yoga, pilates, or personal training. I find that as we work together, your body will show us various routes to healing or strengthening that we may not have entered our exploration with.

nutrition

Working with a nutrition coach just got much more fun. With your goals in mind, I will craft a plan that engages and incorporates all of your passions and struggles with food.
