My journey into yoga started years ago in a hot class. After my 30-day trial I knew I had found a lifetime practice. About 3 years later I pursued my 200-hour training in hatha and vinyasa and studied the 26 & 2 hot yoga series. In the fall of 2018 I finalized my 500-hour teacher training.
As an E-RYT-500 teacher, I feel that I have gained most of my knowledge from my students, and the rest from listening to my body and surroundings as I find most postures come with ease in nature.
I became an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & nutritionist to share my passion for wellness and health. My style of training focuses on dynamic movement, full-body strength and long-term viability. With my background in yoga and pilates, you will receive a very well-rounded program to keep you moving comfortably even while challenging yourself.

Roam Yoga & Fitness is located at 484 Old Corvallis Road, in the loft of the new Crossfit and Wellness building. We practice a variety of classes, including the traditional method of 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity.
