Yoga

My journey into yoga started years ago in a hot class. After my 30-day trial I knew I had found a lifetime practice. About 3 years later I pursued my 200-hour training in hatha and vinyasa and studied the 26 & 2 hot yoga series. In the fall of 2018 I finalized my 500-hour teacher training.

As an E-RYT-500 teacher, I feel that I have gained most of my knowledge from my students, and the rest from listening to my body and surroundings as I find most postures come with ease in nature.

Fitness

I became an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer & nutritionist to share my passion for wellness and health. My style of training focuses on dynamic movement, full-body strength and long-term viability. With my background in yoga and pilates, you will receive a very well-rounded program to keep you moving comfortably even while challenging yourself.

Roam Classes

Roam Yoga & Fitness is located at 484 Old Corvallis Road, in the loft of the new Crossfit and Wellness building. We practice a variety of classes, including the traditional method of 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity.

Drop-in: $15

10-class Pass: $120 *expires in 3 months

Monthly Unlimited: $99

Mat Rental: $2

Details:
Sign up for class ahead of time here to reserve your space.
What to bring: mat, full-size towel and water.
What to wear: something comfortable! I like spandex shorts & a sports bra, but you can dress however you’d like!
What to expect: to sweat, stretch, build lean muscle, and leave feeling detoxed yet refreshed by a strong, challenging yoga or pilates practice
How to prepare: allow yourself 2 hours between eating & class, drink a lot of water throughout the day!
Please come AT LEAST 10 minutes early so we can get all settled in.

Roam Hot Yoga Studio

Classes are currently limited to 8, online sign-up is required. I’m in the process of building the schedule back up, and so appreciate your patience and suggestions as we move forward.

Core Connect: 6am – 7am (mat pilates class) coming soon!


Tuesday

Heated Vinyasa Flow: 4pm – 5pm

Hot 60 (bikram style): 5:30pm – 6:30pm


Thursday

Hot 60 (bikram style): 5:30pm – 6:30pm


Friday

Hot 60 (bikram style): 6am – 7am
