My journey into yoga started years ago in a hot class. After my 30-day trial I knew I had found a lifetime practice. About 3 years later I pursued my 200-hour training in hatha and vinyasa and studied the 26 & 2 hot yoga series. In the fall of 2016 I began the process to become a 500-hour teacher, and have nearly fulfilled my credits.
As an E-RYT-200 teacher, I feel that I have gained most of my knowledge from my students, and the rest from listening to my body and surroundings as I find most postures come with ease in nature.
I became an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer to share my passion for wellness and health. My style of training focuses on dynamic movement, full-body strength, and long-term viability.

Roam Hot Yoga Studio is located just South of Hamilton. We practice the traditional 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity.
